Passionate about Engineering, Thermodynamics, and Efficiency.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, he is driven to solve the most complex challenges in energy and thermal systems. With a vision to create innovative solutions that enhance performance and sustainability, he combines deep technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to engineering excellence.
At HeatLift Dynamics, he leads the development of cutting-edge technologies that optimise energy efficiency and thermodynamics, paving the way for a more sustainable and resource-efficient future.

Co-founder & COO
Ryan Dillmann brings a unique blend of interdisciplinary expertise and extensive leadership experience to HeatLift Dynamics as a co-founder. With a strong academic foundation, Ryan graduated in 2024 from the Honours Programme in Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics (PPLE) at the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing a Master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University.
Passionate about strengthening and improving organizations, Ryan has dedicated over six years to serving on various boards and committees of student organizations, specialising in external relations, finance, policy development, and board administration. His combination of academic insight and hands-on experience enables him to professionalise HeatLift Dynamics' administration, management, finances, and public presentation, ensuring the company operates efficiently and effectively as it grows.
